Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and fsd8 ("fsd8", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fsd8 website located at https://fsd8.club and all associated services, products, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the platform (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, accessing the fsd8 platform, placing a bet, making a deposit, or using any fsd8 service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fsd8 platform and close your account.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to and use of the fsd8 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. fsd8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts found to be in breach of these requirements without notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. fsd8 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access or use by persons under 21.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling platforms is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must register only one account on fsd8. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. fsd8 may require identity verification documents (KYC) at any time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any fsd8 employee involved in the operation of the platform.

fsd8 reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation from any member at any time as part of its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register one account on fsd8. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. fsd8 will never ask you to disclose your password via live chat, email, telephone, or any other channel. Any request claiming to be from fsd8 asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fsd8 support immediately.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your fsd8 account, whether or not you have authorised that activity. fsd8 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify fsd8 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

fsd8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the fsd8 platform. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing. fsd8 will never store your payment card number or mobile banking PIN in any recoverable form.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fsd8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your fsd8 wallet in the currency of your account. fsd8 does not charge fees on deposits made via Bangladeshi mobile banking services. Card payment processing fees, if any, will be disclosed at the point of transaction.

The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. fsd8 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within 5 to 15 minutes during normal BST operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 2 to 5 business days depending on the card issuer.

• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. fsd8 will not process any withdrawal from an account that has not completed the required verification steps.
• Withdrawals will only be approved if the account balance is derived from genuine betting activity. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• fsd8 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.
• All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fsd8 is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank, mobile banking provider, or card issuer.

In the event of a technical failure during a deposit or withdrawal transaction, members must contact fsd8 customer support at [email protected] with the relevant transaction ID and amount. fsd8 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

fsd8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

The following general principles apply to all fsd8 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. Members are responsible for reading the full terms of any promotion before opting in.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. fsd8 will void bonus winnings where duplicate bonus claims are identified.
• fsd8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of bonus funds already credited and in play.
• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only. fsd8 does not guarantee that any bonus will result in a profit. All bonus activity is subject to the platform's RNG-verified game outcomes.

Betting Rules and Game Terms

All bets placed on fsd8 sports betting markets and casino games are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each product. In the event of any technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a bet or game, fsd8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake to the member's account.

All casino games on fsd8 use independently verified random number generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. fsd8 does not alter game outcomes in real time. RTP percentages are published within individual game information panels and represent long-run theoretical return rates — individual session results may vary significantly from published RTP figures.

• fsd8 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before the event has concluded, in cases of suspected match-fixing, data feed errors, or force majeure events.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the point of placing the bet. fsd8 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live odds at the time of placement. fsd8 uses real-time data feeds for live markets. Delays in data feed delivery do not entitle a member to odds that were displayed prior to the actual event state at the time the bet was confirmed.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your fsd8 wallet immediately upon settlement. fsd8 targets settlement of all sports markets within 12 hours of final result confirmation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fsd8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation, with potential permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances where fraud or illegal activity is confirmed.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information in live poker variants, or coordinate bets to exploit promotional structures.
• Using the fsd8 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to avoid reporting thresholds, or using fsd8 as a mechanism to transfer illicit funds.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions, deposit limits, or self-exclusion measures.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward fsd8 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

fsd8 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. Where fsd8 has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account has been used for illegal activity, it will report the relevant information to the appropriate authorities and freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

Account Suspension and Termination

fsd8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be held during the investigation period. fsd8 will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected member within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory constraints on disclosure.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing involvement, or any other illegal conduct connected with the member's account.
• Member-initiated self-exclusion request, in which case the account will be closed for the self-exclusion period requested and any active session will be terminated immediately.

Limitation of Liability

fsd8 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fsd8 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. fsd8 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall fsd8 be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the fsd8 platform or services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if fsd8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. fsd8's total aggregate liability to any member for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

fsd8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at https://fsd8.club/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

fsd8 uses your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised promotions where you have opted in to receive them. fsd8 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

fsd8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, fsd8 will provide reasonable notice to registered members by posting a notice on the fsd8 platform or by sending an email to the address registered on the member's account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Continued use of the fsd8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
